What we provide

Small Business Compliance Guy provides educational compliance guides and reference documents for small business owners. Our products include state-specific compliance checklists, filing requirement summaries, deadline calendars, fee schedules, and related informational content delivered as downloadable PDF documents.

This is important. Our guides are educational and informational resources. They are not legal advice, and using them does not create an attorney-client relationship. Digital product purchases

All sales are final. Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download or believe you received the wrong product, contact us at info@small-biz-compliance-guy.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, guides, graphics, layout, and design — is the property of Small Business Compliance Guy and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Purchased compliance guides are licensed for your personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or publish our guides in any form.
